Lovely Pool Experience

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the concierge arranged an amazing private trip for us to see the Terracotta Warriors and the Winter Palace. We also got a great rate for an upgrade with lounge access. The breakfast had a wide selection of food, the room was beautiful, and the location was great. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Micky and Aries, who even helped me retrieve my card from an ATM. I've never experienced such great service in any hotel before.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Xi'an for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. The room was beautifully presented with spotless cleanliness and had a pleasant aroma in the foyer. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the linens were lovely. The air conditioning was easy to control, and the room was surprisingly quiet. The location was convenient for walking to the city walls, the Bell Tower, and the Drum Tower. The hotel also had great facilities, including a clean swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the breakfast spread was amazing with fresh orange juice.

The hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily and free Wi-Fi in the room. The location was very convenient, close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the breakfast had a great selection of dishes to choose from, including both local and Western options.

The gym equipment was outdated and some of the machines were broken. Also, the noise level in the hotel could be quite high, with loud music and voices heard from nearby rooms late at night.

Great location, direct bus connections, young man at concierge helpful, night market with food stalls nearby, nice malls with international supermarkets, polite staff.

This hotel is conveniently located close to all major shopping centers yet tucked just off the main road. It is in the center of town where a short cab ride will take you to major attractions in Xi'an. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with all necessary amenities. The service is exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.
