The Hilton Xi’an felt like home! From the moment I arrived, the staff was eager to assist and made unforgettable memories. The perfectly comfortable bed and great amenities added to my experience.

We had a lovely time with spacious rooms and enjoyed the afternoon tea and happy hour. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were perfect for relaxation after a busy day exploring. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at night, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The room was spacious and clean. The friendly staff always went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the location is perfect for all major attractions, including the nearby wall where one can enjoy scenic walks. Don't miss out on trying the breakfast buffet. it truly enhances your stay.

The air conditioning desperately needs attention!!! The room temperature control was inadequate, making my stay less comfortable than expected. Also, the view was disappointing, facing residential buildings rather than anything scenic!!!

The Hilton Xi'an offers beautifully designed common areas that are both elegant and wheelchair accessible, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The attentive staff further enhanced the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

We experienced top-notch service during our 3-night stay, especially in the Executive Lounge where staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed the spacious room and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. A short walk to local markets, making it ideal for exploring!

The Deluxe Twin Room was really spacious and clean, which I loved. The bed was super comfortable—like, I’m picky about beds and it was just right. The bathroom was big too, and everything felt pretty modern. Good vibes all around.

Exceptional stay with amazing staff

I had a wonderful three-night stay that I won't forget. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Xi'an, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. The staff went above and beyond, especially Jones Zhao, the concierge manager, who helped me secure museum tickets and provided great recommendations. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. One downside was the difficulty in using Google Maps for directions, so be sure to use an alternative navigation app.

Had an awesome group trip! The location made it easy to hit up the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff helped us plan day trips. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, it’s great! Overall, a solid spot to base your adventures.
